What Inspired Your Genes by Design
I’m Lauri Wakefield, founder of Inspired Living for Women and creator of Your Genes by Design.
After a breast cancer diagnosis in 2022 reshaped how I think about health and prevention, I began studying Functional Nutrition and Functional Genomics & Nutrition Coaching — and discovered how powerfully our genes influence how we age, heal, and thrive.
My work isn’t about medical advice — it’s about curiosity, clarity, and empowerment. I translate complex genetic science into practical steps that help women 45+ make informed, confident choices for long-term well-being.
