By accessing or using this website or purchasing any digital product from Inspired Living For Women, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use this site or purchase our products.
These Terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them. Continued use of the site or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2. Age Requirement
Inspired Living For Women products and services are intended for individuals age 18 or older. By purchasing a digital product or service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Any individual found to be underage will be refunded and access revoked.
3. Product Types
All products are delivered digitally. This includes courses, downloads, audio reflections, and coaching or mentoring sessions. No physical products are shipped unless otherwise noted.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices may change at any time, but the amount charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your credit card information and are not responsible for any payment processing errors.
6. Delivery & Access
Digital products will be accessible immediately or within a reasonable time after purchase via email or your course login portal. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you experience access issues, contact support at support@inspiredlivingforwomen.com.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and mentoring services, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. If you experience technical issues accessing your digital materials or believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
Mentoring sessions (including Voxer support) are non-refundable once access has been granted or services have begun.
8. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise indicated, all content on this website — including text, images, audio, video, downloads, branding, and design — is the property of Inspired Living For Women or is licensed for our use. This content is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

Coaching and mentoring services are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. By purchasing any support service (including Voxer coaching), you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions and decisions. No guarantees of outcomes are made or implied.
12. Refund Exceptions
While all sales are final, exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate payments or technical failures that prevent access to the purchased material.
13. Subscription or Payment Plan Terms (if applicable)
If any products are sold with a payment plan or recurring billing, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless a formal refund or cancellation policy is explicitly stated at checkout.
14. Modification of Terms
